Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.crazysafar.com website and our Mobile App Crazy Safar mobile application (the "Service") operated by Crazy Safar Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, various types of Domestic & International Tour Packages as well as Fix Group Tours.
1. Accommodation on twin Sharing Basis.
2. Meal - Break-Fast (Veg)
3. Exclusive A/C vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Please brief to guest that vehicle will not be at disposal it will be available to guest as per itinerary only (point to point basis) except for Premium+ category.
4. All permit fees & hotel taxes
5. Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only.
1. Air Fare / Train fare/ Bus Tickets.
2. Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porter age.
3. Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
4. Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
5. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
6. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
7. Travel Insurance.
8. Anything which is not include in the inclusion.
9. Home to Air port / Train Station / Bus Stop Come your own.
1. Child 0-3 yrs are Complimentary.
2. Child 3-5 yrs Pay the 50% amt. of per person.
3. Child 06-10 years will be treated as Extra Child and will be charged the 80% amt.of per person.
4. Above 10years will be treated as Adults.

1. Registration Amount is half of the Packaging Cost.
2. Discounts are applicable for limited tours, limited seats and for limited period only.
3. Book early to get Maximum Discount As seats fill discount reduces
4. Save more with Senior Citizen discount, Group discount, Full payment discount and Repeat Guest discount.
5. PAN is Mandatory against cash payment exceeding Rs.50,000/-
6. The above estimate excludes any government taxes applicable from time to time.
7. 5% GST is applicable on the above mentioned tour cost.
8. Child Air fare / Train Fair / Bus Faire Charge as actual.
9. Please Carry Original Id Proof & Address Proof (PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Election ID, Photos, Bank Passbook, Etc.) while travelling.
10. Sightseeing of adventurous type is totally dependent on weather. In case, the weather turns out to be unfavorable & sightseeing is not possible, so we will not refund any amount.
11. We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc
12. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programmed or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
13. * Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel
14. You will not get anything refund, If any destination dislike by you or your family members or your friends,
15. Crazy Safar is not responsible for loss in cancellation tickets like - Airplane Tickets / Train Tickets / Bus Tickets cancellation charges.

2. After Service – No Refund Applicable
1. Cancellation prior 60 days – 100% Refundable
2. Cancellation prior 40 days – 50% Cost Refundable on Package Cost
3. Cancellation prior 20 days – 25% Cost Refundable on Package Cost
4. Cancellation prior 15 days – 0 % Cost Refundable on Package Cost.
5. If Any Cancellation - Amount (Excluding GST) will not return to your Bank Account / Credit Card, it will credit to your Crazy Safar Login Account and it will be using for your next Tour only (as a discount).
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring...
• Payout Incentive Amount consider without GST.
• Discount amount is not included in incentives.
• Eligible National & International Tour as per incentive structure.
• Subscription charges are non refundable and non transferable.
• Subscription charges are valid as per subscription plan.
. Incentive amount will be release after successfully completion of the tour
• Incentive is not applicable to own family tour. Company offering special discount base on subscription plan.
• Incentive structure is not fix it will change / modify at any time depends on situation. Management Team will have full right.
• School / College / Institute tours are not applicable for Franchise & Freelancer..
• Commission is not applicable for these activities - Local tours / Vehicle Booking / Train Tickets / Air Tickets etc.
The Client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to the Company in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied as shown below calculated from the day when written notice is received by the Company. The more notice that the Company receives; the less the Company will charge the Client. However, in addition to the charges shown below many air tickets have no refund value whatsoever and, therefore, airlines may impose 100% cancellation charges and the cost of a new ticket. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

Before 10 Days 2 Night Lapse
Before 5 Days 3 Night Lapse
Before 3 Days All Nights Lapse
1. The Client may cancel the Membership booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to the Company in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied as shown below calculated from the day when written notice is received by the Company. The more notice that the Company receives; the less the Company will charge the Client.

11 to 15 Days - 50% Amt
16 to 30 Days - 30% Amt
Greater than 30 days - 0% Amt
